Ordering flutes

We act immediately on all orders. Please be aware, however, that since every flute and totem is custom made, it may be 2-6 weeks before the flute is in your hands. Quality is worth waiting for!

Note from Spring: Hi Friends,

Thanks for all the orders, I still have a small waiting list. I appreciate your patience. It is a one person show, from me to you, with love.

Remember that you need to tell us what totem you want with your custom flute! A simple email will do, but if you have specific requests for the totem, such as incorporating a personal object or working from a photograph, then you need to let us know.

* If you already have a flute and just want a totem, we will be happy to carve you one. However, if your current flute was made by another flute-maker, we will need to know the exact flute dimensions in order to create a totem that will fit properly. PLEASE email us details of your totem request before ordering.

Shipping
No charge for shipping inside North America. For orders outside North America, please contact us, as the cost depends on where you are located and how quickly you need the flute.

We ship each flute in a hard protective case, and each flute is fully insured against damage in transit.

Our Guarantee: We will replace your flute or refund your purchase price if you are dissatisfied for any reason. If you decide to return your flute for any reason, we'll even refund you the shipping fee (We've never had anyone take us up on our guarantee! I guess there's a whole lot of happy customers out there.)
